FORELSKET (BAKUGO X READER)
You were now a Pro Hero at Endeavour's agency. Therefore, Bakugo was your coworker. You were both often partnered together on missions, leading to you getting closer to him and developing a strong friendship. The amount of time you two spent together caused you to catch feelings for the blond haired man, strong ones. Your heart jumped in your chest when you were assigned a task with him, you began to crave his touch and sought his validation. You felt like your feelings were not unreciprocated. When your eyes met, you saw something different. Fondness, adoration...love. The latter being the one thing you never thought you would witness in his bright red orbs. Especially not towards you. During your UA years, Bakugo was not the relationship type. He was working hard to be a hero and his career was all that mattered.
Today's mission was particularly exhausting. A trio of villains gave a pretty good fight to the two of you, entailing some wounds to appear on the skin left exposed by your hero costumes. You were a powerful hero, Katsuki knew that so he trusted you to fight one of the villains alone while he took care of the two others. Alas, the exhaustion caused by the difficult beginning of the fight induced your quirk to be much weaker than usual. Hence, you did not compete with the villain and collapsed on the hard tar, a despairing cry escaping your mouth. Bakugo immediately turned around to check on you. Luckily, he had already taken out the other villains so he could focus solely on the one who hurt you.
A few explosions later, he rushed to your side. "Y/N are you okay ? What the fuck happened ? You scared me dumbass !" he asks, scolding you a little. "I'm okay dumb bitch, I just feel like someone broke my back" you say, managing to let out a chuckle. "Come on stupid", he lift you up bridal style and started walking. "I think I can walk Katsuki. It's fine I swear, the fall wasn't very high", "Shut up dumbass I'm walking you home", "you don't have to katsu". You saw a small smile appearing on his face because of the nickname, one emerging on yours at the sight. The closeness between you and the hero made your heart flutter in your chest and your cheeks became redder than usual. "I'd feel much better if you'd let me walk you home, Y/N", "Y/N ? Not dumbass? What happened to grumpy Katsu ?", "Shut up stupid" he said giving you the brightest smile ever before kissing you on the lips.
