The lack of griffon kigus is easily rectified by those of us who know how to sew. Given sufficient time (that is, not much more time than the nug, since I already have the base pattern for a kigu and just have to add/change a few things) I could easily make a griffon.

You have no idea how tempted I am to do this.

Then Warden-Commander Cousland stumbles upon the shenanigans along with the Inquisitor (who helps out with the Anchor as a reading light), and the night ends in a great big sleepy puppy pile.
