                       she opened her mouth to answer but immediately closed it before nodding and  posing for the photo ,   ❝ cheeese ! ❞   once they were done , she went back to answering his question .   ❝ i did !  i found this super cute tutorial on youtube and ended up making a bunch cause it was so fun .   wait , oh my god , do you want a pair r.n ??  cause — okay , so i was on tiktok a couple nights ago and saw this video about tagging gun and the idea of using one to sew the wings on as many people as i could during the dance shot into my mind and now i have a purse filled with wings and a tagging gun . ❞

“Oh, okay, I see where you were coming from,” she chuckled, and Kiki’s brand of confusing humor actually did some good in lifting her spirits. Catching the way Kiki’s eyes seemed to light up as soon as she mentioned a project, Ruby smiled a little wider, knowing she’d come to the right person. “Theoretically if I wanted to design a phone case that had the ability to block outside signals from, say… a hacking device, do you think that’d be possible?”

                       ❝ oh, that’s totally possible !  but you kind of have to think of it like a wall and the question is more : how long will it take before someone can break in , y’know ?  it would just have to be updated a lot but i’m sure if we were to share the program with some spadults , spy adults , they’ll make a team of people to be in charge of that .  who hurt you , though ? ❞

                       kiki perfectly imitated the blinking man gif upon hearing martina decline her offer .   ❝ respectfully , you’re wrong cause the wings would looks so perfect with your outfit and you’ll look stunning  —  trust me , if you like the wings on me you’re gonna love them on you . ❞   she could already see her vision and she had to do everything she could to have it come to life .   ❝ what if i just do one and if you don’t like it i’ll take them off right away ? ❞

Martina’s totally famished, in desperate need of refreshments to get her through the rest of the night. Chocolate’s her drug of choice, it’s filled with the happy chemical that made her brain synapses sparkle with joy, and she’s contemplating which shimmering treat to pile onto her cute plate of hor d'oeuvres when she hears someone offering… free angel wings!? This, she’s got to see. Martina spins on her tiptoes, her expression hurrying from curious to thinly disheartened. She doesn’t often feel the way towards another person but there’s not a lot of people that she isn’t allowed to touch. And Kiki is part of the reason why she’s holding back. “Oh, they won’t go with my outfit,” Martina tries to assert. She doesn’t say ‘no’ to things, especially not fluffy, feathery things. And they’d look so good and matchy-matchy with her outfit, but…. “But I like the wings on you.”
