Fire Fire (Live) Appreciation

I just wanna say how much I absolutely adore the La Jolla Playhouse version of Fire Fire, it's so good and it's so dramatic compared to the studio recording, also Hatchy sounds incredible in it. And the crowd cheering at the later halves of the song (to my delusional brain) can be transformed into screaming, which fits what the song is describing.

Idk why I think like this, but I just subconsciously think about Lethal Company when listening to SPG's "The Pulls" now lol.

Question about Love World of Love and Scary world 2007

Where did the videos go? I can't find em anymore.

I imagine Key (my fanbot) has just continually stolen parts from Walter Manor to upgrade herself over and over and the residents of Walter Manor obviously know it's him but they don't see him as a legit issue to stop him every time.

She thinks she's so sneaky when she's just not at all.

I imagine she's also stolen from a morgue or two, probably also covered in oil and/or blood most of the time. Key also just had a pile of discarded robot limbs in the corner of their living quarters.

She's also a big fan of SPG'S music and has it blaring on a radio at almost all times of day.

Was re-listening to Album One and oh my God why did I ignore I Am Not Alone for so long it's beautiful EDIT: First SPG song to make me cry, that's a first.

Question about the 2 Cent Show on Bandcamp's Mixing?

Is the mixing on the 2-Cent Show a little bit ear-grading at times, syllables like "T", "S" and "C/K"'s get really loud compared to rest of the music sometimes, am I going mad?

The Jon headcanon: Vocal effects like in Circuitry and Out In The Rain (or even the reverse speak in Sound Of Tomorrow) are all just something Jon can do. No, he can't explain why.

Little Birdie?

I'm genuinely curious after seeing a few comments on Little Birdie calling it "The worst spg song." What's your opinon on Little Birdie? I personally really enjoy it's strangeness and overall lack of true meaning. It's just a funny little song to me and I've listened to it a ton on loop.

Has anyone just picked up the really hard urge to do robotic movements when you're bored after really getting into SPG? I literally find myself doing it multiple times a day without thinking

I wish Jon's songs got more music videos actually, I wanna see what they could've come up with for Out In The Rain or something
