New hyperfixation?
Yup, I officially fell for Kirby's cuteness! One of the franchises that most captivate my eyes. The characters, the colors, the designs, the lore, everything about this franchise is so interesting and creative that I can't resist becoming a fan! So about that AU I mentioned yesterday... (Get ready, cause this is long. Also, this is a very old idea that I'm trying to use all over again. TW for potential body horror.)
This is an old concept from a few years ago, but I've been wanting to work on it again. So, welcome to Out of My Control.
(And my doodles after losing my Krita file but yeah)

This is the AU's Magolor. He's a hard worker, constantly trying to work on things that could help improve friendships and build his reputation up from the bottom it was at after Return to Dreamland.
He has a huge tendency to burn the midnight oil and push himself a little too hard in his work, and it leads to the discovery of an unfortunate... issue.
If he uses too much of his power (magic from Star Allies moveset) or pushes himself too far, his power will force him to take one of his boss forms.
Yeah... this is a BIG problem. Especially considering the differences in appearance.
It's not like he has constant reminders of what happened already:
The story I have so far can be summed up as: Magolor is stressed because he doesn't want to lose all of his work to get his friends back over his inability to control this power to turn into one of his boss forms.
At least he stays in control of himself this time around. Oh, and Marx is there.
Anyway, time for me to start messing with this idea again, so you'll probably see this again sometime soon!
