I love Sweet Home!! Absolutely fascinating movie and game, historically. The game (produced by Juzo Itami, the legendary director of Tampopo who also produced the film) was conceived at the same time and released roughly the same time as the Kiyoshi Kurosawa (best known for Cure and Pulse) directed film. It was arguably the first of its kind-- a survival horror RPG-- and would later go on to inspire Resident Evil.

and i think that's beautiful
the movie has such video-game logic too
