More Specifically I headcanon that Ly stumbled upon the knaaren desert and, rather then be thrown into the Arena, she ended up doing a massive favour for them and they since owed her for it (idk what specifically it would be, but I’m leaning heavily that she cured King Gumsi from a life threatening illness)

I think Ly should be smug about it, and I think it’d be funny if she teases Knaaren’s like they couldn’t snap her bones like twigs while everyone else craps themselves over it
