TIME OF LOVE — (35) damage control

Telling Daesung you were holding back was one thing but sitting closer to Seonghwa pretending to be a couple was a completely different thing. Luckily for you, Daesung's phone rang and his attention was no longer on the fake couple. Answering his phone, Daesung went straight to the balcony ignoring everyone inside. He didn't even noticed how the front door slammed with a bang as Wooyoung stormed out of the apartment.

"I should go check on Byeol" San said, quickly standing up following his boyfriend. Once he left everyone seemed to be taken back by Wooyoung's sudden reaction, but they quickly got over it and went back to their conversations.

Daesung now seemed to be having the time of his life talking on the phone.

"Maybe you should go check on Byeol too" Seonghwa whispered to you, which made you realize that you're still sitting way to close to the boy "He'll probably need some cuddles or something"

"But daesung–"

"Go. I got your back"

So you did. As silently as possible you walked out of your apartment, up the stairs and straight into Woosan's front door. Three knocks later San is the one opening the door

"Oh hi gorgeous" he opened the door wide open signaling for you to walk in

"Is he mad?" you ask looking around for Wooyoung who was nowhere near

"Not mad... just frustrated" he sighs but he's quick to add "He's in the room if you want to talk to him"

"Right" you slowly walk towards the room, taking as much time as you can so you can think of what you want to tell him while also wondering what his reaction would be. You were about to knock on the door when he talks from inside.

"I know you're out there, come on in"

When you open the door you find him laying in the bed, arms wide open while he stares at the ceiling. You stand awkwardly by the door till he talks again.

"Don't just stand there like a creep" he says without lifting his head from the mattress, tapping it two times with his palm "Come on get in here"

It takes you a second to decide what to do next but you comply his wish and get closer. His eyes still glued to the ceiling "So what's up buttercup?"

"I'm an idiot" you start saying but he's quick to interrupt you

"Well, I'm not about to disagree with you there"

"I know" you add, he sighs but doesn't say anything this time so you continue "I'm dumb, I'm indecisive and I change my mind like twenty times a day... but there's one thing I've been certain for a while, even when I tried to convince myself otherwise" he's just listening, still staring at the ceiling "When I got back to Seoul I didn't expect to fall for someone, let alone two really pretty guys, but I did"

This seems to bring out a reaction out of him as now you can feel his eyes are on the right side of your face "And for so long that terrified me, what if I fuck up another relationship? what if I ruin their already beautiful relationship? So many what ifs you wouldn't believe"

"I can imagine" he says making you giggle and turn your head to look at him, and he's already staring right into your eyes "Seonghwa seemed to enjoy your overthinking"

"I- Oh boy how do I explain this" you try to think of an explanation for your earlier behavior but there's none that won't make you sound like a self-centered jerk "Seonghwa was just going along with what I said, he– he knows I have feelings for you guys, and we– we never–"

"Hey it's alright, he already told us" he says sitting on the bed too, moving closer so your shoulders are touching

"He did? then why–"

"Why did I storm out of your apartment?" he finished your question before you could even ask him "For the drama"

"What?! Wooyoung are you serious?"

"And maybe... partly because I got jealous" he said playing with his hands, avoiding your gaze "just a tiny bit though!"

"Yeah I figured" you both laugh at this, using the distraction Wooyoung throws himself back in the mattress, tugging you down with him by softly pulling your arm. Next thing you know your head is laying on top of his left bicep.

"I'm sorry it took me so long to get here but" you move to turn your whole body to face him, careful not to crush your injured hand "is your offer still available, i mean... do you guys still want to date me?"

"There's nothing we want more princess" he moves the hand that was laying on his stomach to softly caress your face with his fingertips. Your cheeks, your chin, your nose, and then stopping shortly at your lips.

As cheesy as it may sound, laying there with him freezes time, you are just staring at each other eyes and enjoying his soft touches. It doesn't last long because next thing you know he's moving closer, being careful of not hurting your hand, so close you can feel his breathing and you're getting lose on his eyes when he says "You're so pretty"

That was the last push you needed before closing the gap between your faces and connecting your lips on a intense, eager kiss. He starts slowly, but when he feels your hand on his necks he's confident enough to deepen the kiss, rolling on top of you so you're laying beneath him. Never in his wildest dreams he thought he would have you on his bed, driving him crazy with just a kiss.

With him on top you, you have way more access to his body, which he mentally thanks for as he feels you dragging your hand through his back and pulling him even closer to you. His lips are so addicting that breathing becomes a secondary thing to both of you.

Until someone clears his throat.

"You two have been having all the important conversations without me, and now you're making out without even inviting me?! " he crosses his arms in front of his chest "This better not become a recurring thing, otherwise I'll have to split you two up and after how hard it was to get you together it would be a waste"

"Get in here Sannie!" you call him, as Wooyoung moves and makes room for the boy who at the mention of his name runs and throws himself right in between you two, fitting perfectly and making you laugh in the process "I'm sorry, you're right, I promise we won't let you out anymore"

"It's alright, if this is how you're gonna apologize" he smiles and pulls you both closer to him, wrapping himself in a wooyn pile "I can let it go... now don't mind me, please continue with what you were doing"
