Wonbin would wait for you. Down by the bay, at the train station, outside the company’s building, in front of the food stalls, he always waited for you. That became his thing. Sometimes you and he talked, and other times you both let the comfortable silence wedge itself between your bodies, you laughed when he did, and smiled when he did. You weren’t trying to find yourself with him, that would be something you did on your own. The one thing you did want to find with Wonbin is love; wanting to discover how sweet his love could be, wanting to know if it was like a warm hug after a long tiring day at work or was it, “I miss you.” between the sweetest of kisses and the softest of smiles from him or was it feeling like you had found a home in him?

And he wants to find love with you too. It would surprise him how your love reminds him of winter and summer.

Whenever you and Wonbin walk side by side, you’d lean into him enough to let him know, “Hey, I’m here for you.” A little nudge. A little smile to get him to say, “I’m here for you too, y/n.”
