a while ago, adeline summers was the darling of the silver screen, adored and admired by fans all across the globe. however, her blissful stardom crashed down like a castle of cards when she ended things with her popular boyfriend, who was also an actor. she was soon the subject of crude internet drama and hated by all faces of social media. driven to despair by the constant hate and backlash, she decided to take a break from the spotlight. she slipped away unnoticed one night, leaving behind the world of glam and paparazzi, to find peace and solace in the unseen corners of the world. adeline found herself in monaco, a warm haven tucked away from the hustle-bustle. she spent her days strolling along the coastline, reading books, avoiding any forms of media, and getting lost in the magnificence of the endless azure. she was healing, slowly perhaps, but surely.
one afternoon, while she was quietly sitting on a park bench, a guy approached her. dressed in casual attire, there was a serenity about him that immediately caught adeline's attention. the guy, who introduced himself as arthur, was also escaping the prying eyes of society. arthur was a formula 2 driver, whose love-life had become a free-for-all, as his relationship with his current ex-girlfriend had ended on bad terms. burnt out by the media's relentless scrutiny and rumor-mongering, he found solace in solitude, just like adeline. it was refreshing for both of them to find someone who understood their plight.

Giulia Leclerc, known as Gi or Gigi to her friends, was used to living in the shadows of her older brothers. Being born just minutes apart from her twin brother, Arthur, he never let her forget that he was the older one, and he relished in bragging rights. But Giulia had a secret passion that she kept hidden from her brothers and the racing world – she was dating a talented driver named Felipe Drugovich.
After winning the F2 Championship in 2022 and becoming the reserve driver for Aston Martin in F1, Felipe had become a rising star in the motorsport world. But their love story was like a carefully crafted masterpiece, known only to Giulia's mother, Pascale. Lorenzo cleared his throat, and Gi's heart sank. She knew that her brothers wouldn't take this well. Arthur shot her a disapproving look while Lorenzo tried to maintain his composure. "Giulia, is this Felipe Drugovich, and why is he texting you with hearts?"
Stammering, Giulia tried to find the right words. "Well, you see... Felipe and I have been dating for a while now, and we just didn't want to make a big fuss about it."
"Qu'est-ce qui se passe? (What's going on?)" Charles asked, concerned.
Arthur turned to his older brother and spilled the secret, "Gigi is dating Felipe Drugovich!"
Charles and Lorenzo were stunned into silence. Then, their overprotective instincts kicked in, and they started firing questions at Giulia.
"Gigi, how long has this been going on?" Lorenzo asked.
"Are you sure he's a good guy?" Charles added.
"I don't need you both interrogating my love life, I’m 22!" Giulia exclaimed, tears welling in her eyes.
Lorenzo and Charles exchanged glances before Charles spoke gently, "We just want to protect you, Gigi. You're our little sister."
Giulia took a deep breath, realizing their intentions were pure. "I know, and I appreciate it, but Felipe is a wonderful person. I love him, and I hope you can trust my judgment"

The next race weekend, as the cars roared on the track, Giulia watched anxiously from the paddock with Pascale by her side. Suddenly, she spotted her three brothers walking toward Felipe's team garage, looking intimidating.
Arthur crossed his arms, giving Felipe a stern look, "Bonjour, Felipe. We need to have a little chat."
"A very serious chat" Lorenzo chimed in, following his younger brother’s words
Felipe, surprised but composed, replied, "Uh, hello, guys. What's this about?"
Charles put an arm around Giulia, who was biting her lip nervously, "Our sister means a lot to us, Felipe. We just want to make sure you won't hurt her."
Lorenzo chimed in, "And if you do, well, let's just say we have connections in this sport."
Felipe chuckled, realizing the protective brothers were just teasing. "Don't worry, I care about Giulia a lot. I won't do anything to hurt her."
Arthur smirked, "Good. Just remember, we're always watching."
"Just remember, one wrong move, and you'll have three overprotective Leclerc brothers on your tail" Charles threat Felipe with a bit of sarcasm
"Noted" Felipe agreed while sarcastically doing the military greeting
Over the next few weeks, and gradually, they saw the genuine love between the couple. Though they remained protective, they learned to accept Felipe as a part of their extended family.
In time, the Leclerc brothers found peace in Giulia's happiness, understanding that love on and off the track could be as exhilarating as a high-speed race. And so, the bonds of family grew stronger as they embraced the speed of love and life together.
