Yes! We're still missing some scions, and i think everyone will be gathered at some point for the end battle.

I don't think she's going to gain any new powers, if anything, she will discover new powers that she already has or new ways to use her already existing power. I don't think she will actually gain new sorts of power. (Aether and root she already has, that's what i mean.)

Yes, at some point. Be that the battle or during captivity/training.

PERSONALLY i don't know if it's gonna be natasia/selwyn or a new villain of book 3, since every book has had a 'tiny' villain so far (davis, SK reveal) i think it might be someone new, but at the same time it can def be sel & mom. That's my guess.
