you know i bet Sam can tell Hoggle and Coggle apart. She can see connections, can see the people who make them. I wonder if that’s ever really happened to them before? if anyone other than Lemli ever made the effort to really get to know the individual, and not the set. if Sam does that for a lot of the students at Chimeron. The placeholders. The ones who aren’t smart, who aren’t heroes, and aren’t evil. Those who are pushed aside and overlooked. Sam is an influencer, but I think she becomes even more than a role model to the kids of Chimeron. She’s a hero to them. I mean, honestly, the whole Pilot Program are the champions of Chimeron, but I think Sam is really what pushes it forward. Because Sam sees them as people, and reminds them that there’s a lot more to a person than what house they’re placed in.
