is it just me i hate when ppl characterise neil as like naive or innocent or clueless in fics and headcanons??? like esp w sexual stuff it's just not rlly in character?? like in canon, he may be oblivious to andrew's advances but he is fully aware that he's a pretty boy and he may be sexually inexperienced but it's pretty ooc for him to be so vocal even if he is confused abt something. and like IDK i just need the fandom to stop babying neil like he knows pretty well what he's doing and even if he doesn't, he figures it out himself just fine. and he isn't naive or innocent it's pretty clear just read the goddamn books.
