rapid desperation is sometimes described as the "preparation" before a hold. basically, a few hours before holding, you start going to the bathroom every 15 minutes, or every time you feel the slightest urge. while you're doing this, you're supposed to drink a little extra than you normally would. overtime, you'll feel yourself having to go more and more often, right at or before the 15 minute mark. its just weakening your bladder (temporarily), and getting it used to going every couple minutes. that way, when you hold, it takes a shorter time to get desperate. it can also be a safer way to hold, as you wont be able to hold as much before giving up LOL
over an hour in, and i haven't had an accident yet!!!

im still holding but it is hard in wet pants >_<
it would be such a shame if someone pushed down on my bladder and made me uncontrollably piss my bed. that would be so bad, especially because im conveniently laying on my bed with such a full bladder. (ﾟωﾟ;)!
although i've been really desperate to let a little leak into my pants, I have stayed dry ^₍ ˃ ᵕ ˂ ₎^
