yes yeah I always try to outline the difference between choices in make while angry and choices I make in the right mind(well. The not angry mind atleast) because hurting someone while your angry and hurt doesn’t make it okay but it provides a reason hurting someone while you’re doing just fine? that. That is so much worse I do my best to walk away from a situation where I’m angry and hurt and can tell I will hurt others sometimes I’m able to communicate that. sometimes i can't either way unless (they’re the one of the two people I hate in this world) I come back within a few days And I talk to them about what happened Because I care about about my friendships and I want my friends to know why I lashed out why I hurt them because having a reason for behavior is better than just worrying sometimes it’s something they did sometimes it’s not either way I let them know when I’m not angry so we can figure out what happened and there will be mo longer be any miscommunication there. longggg reblogs
