ive talked abt phoebe in the past, but never posted her!! phoebe here, known on stage as “cat,” was previously wanted for murder, arson, theft, and uhhh other things lol. but was wrongly accused and people only bought into it bc of the bitch who framed her, as well as xenophobia and classism amongst her peers. but that’s ok bc the bitchass that tried to frame her is DEAD and phoebe became a big time pop star under the stage name “cat” who before being proven innocent, was her public facade in order to avoid arrest. phoebe’s kind of been BLATANTLY attacked numerous times by my fuckinh dm i stg im gonna kill him ANYWAYS!! recently we found out that her “lover,” a noble named dom, who was played by a friend of mine before they got too busy for the campaign, ended up dead right after phoebe got out of jail (slayyy!!) so that’s been *cough* fun. otherwise phoebe’s closest friends are a blind priest named king, a fellow pop star named octive, and a very pretty bird woman named quetzal. another fun fact!!! her intimidation modifier is +11 despite being a literal 5ft tall satyr.
