Her name is mila and shes a repurposed design for my bestie @memoirsofphangoriaofficial as a navy court seabergian! Ill try not to infodump toooo much but she was once a noble lady who after an incident with her now dead hubs fendiel (dw he deserves it hes stinky) she flees to the ocean and becomes a strong captain with a wacky crew (under cut) and she lives with an iron fist, a tsundere cold uncaring attitude, and some screws loose <3

She also is getting shipped with my frens oc orvette cuz they match eachothers old freak <3 (it started as a joke but we realized they'd slay together :3)
