So, I was listening to EJ Scott’s podcast with Mike Colter, and he was talking about how much muscle he had to pack on for Luke Cage. Which struck me because I thought I recalled Mike being a fairly big dude; the only thing I really remembered him from was Ringer (in which he was smoking hot.. duh.) So I went and took a look…before and after…
