"gyu" you whisper softly, tapping your boyfriend on the shoulder watching his eyes flutter open to the nickname.

"hmm?" he questioned still very sleepy.

"if you could date anyone in the world who would it be?" you ask waiting patiently for a response, it could be a stupid one you didn't care but you just wanted to hear what he would say about it.

After a while, mingyu finally replied "I think you."

"you don't have to lie gyu" you said before you felt mingyu's arm sling around your waist pulling you closer to him.

"y/nnie, sweetheart, love of my life, there's no one else in the world that I want except for you. No one can laugh like you, have your adorable smile, your pretty lips, your cute moles, and every other little thing." He rambled genuinely, moving your chin gently so that you were facing him and pressing a soft kiss to your lips.

"I love you so much." You replied not knowing how you got so lucky with mingyu in your life.

"I love you even more sweetheart, now will you do me a favour and go to sleep?" He whispered as you turned to look at the clock showing 4:00 am.

"fine fine" you say with fake annoyance before sleep finally took over you. (you swore you felt a hand on your waist and a kiss on your forehead before you went to dreamland but mingyu denies this)
