I live in a dorm now and I’ve hit my head on my bed like seventeen times and I’ve been here for like a day
We also baked cookies for the floor and made the “mega cookie” which we worship now

I’m collegiate now I suppose
that’s so strange
I tell people my major is creative writing and their faces light up with joy
and they go “oh my god that’s amazing that’s so cool.
and I sit there in stunned silence because I live in fear of wasting the opportunities I’m given on foolish dreams
and they think it’s a wonderful thing that I do pursue my dreams
