WHY no Wild West C.O.W. Boys cameos? Wudnt they exist in RiseTMNT canon?

RiseTMNT’s continuity with Draxum’s Mutagen Nexus could have another sighting somewhere in Old West time like the events in New York,just not recorded for human eyes—

Maybe a data file in Draxum’s library documented “Moo Mesa” an isolated mutation in the 19th Century:

Great Plains struck by mysterious comet, radiating desert animals and town livestock below mountain range of residing crater, evolving them to “a Bivomorphic state”, the doc describes. (Wikipedia helped a bit. Don’t judge me!)

All their knowledge, culture and clothes, were jumbled up notions of Wild West ideology. Afflicted locals would call themselves Cowmetized Americans. The file also mentions how the townsfolk would regale tales of three deputy bovines thwarting the misdeeds of a masked menace and his cohorts, a corrupt mayor, and other lowlifes alongside their compadres. There’d also be some steampunk/weird west elements with guns shooting odd objects in lieu of bullets, tanks with canned bean cannons and the occasional automaton.

If Don stumbled onto this file, he’d copy it for further research on his supercomputer. Now how would the other Ninja Turtles and April react to this file?
