it's so difficult to explain how much this means to me to someone who hasn't been in rudy's position, i love them both but i will always appreciate rudy's character more when he says shit like this, this part is such an unusual comfort for someone who relates to him considering his friendship with toby. they both mean so much to me I'm about to bawl cause like aaaaaaaaaaaa idk how to explain dude i just aaaaaaaaaaaa (nd i understand toby too its just having the guts to say you can't fix the person you love and want to fix so badly just makes me feel the tiniest bit better about the person i loved so much that i had to say the same thing to)
