Beyond this episode, I'm just generally perplexed about the direction of the show:

Is the storyline about Mek and the former "best friend" done now?

Will Chalarm serve a purpose other than eye candy?

Why do they keep introducing new characters? (I mean, every episode there's some random character with a crazy subplot I guess we're supposed to care about ...)

I thought my expectations for this show were rock bottom - nonsensical fluff and nothing more. Is it wild to think there's a difference between nonsensical and incomprehensible??
