my preferred method of putting myself to sleep is sleep deprivation.
As in I sleep anywhere from 3-0 hours per night on average
and eventually ill be so tired that I fall asleep at like 4-8 pm and sleep anywhere from 8-12 hours.
I have adhd so sleep is illusive usually
but yeah none of the above has worked for me yet
i guess melatonin works a bit but only if i actually take it and try to fall asleep within an hour of taking it
