Though the wings look a little different on different outfits steve had, imma continue to assume its still the howling commandos logo but just a re adaption or smth BUT THEY STILL PUT IT ON WALKERS OUTFIT

Its not a CAPTAIN AMERICA thing nono that was a steve Rogers thing. that had no part with him being captain America and it doesn't belong to captain America it belongs to howling commandos

Did the government not know that?? Did they just think hey this is on captain americas uniform so lets put it on ours

-so since red wing was destroyed does that mean that recording of Bucky falling from the plane and landing on the ground is now deleted??
