So my brother was trying to mod Starbound and was looking through it's files when he found these undocumented assets that were unknown to the modding community apparently.

He doesn't like making such rumors so I installed Starbound again, unpacked the game as instructed through the official documentation and there it was.

plants\bushes\ground\fleshcorpse

His theory is that these were part of the unused Heck Caves.
