summary: you’re back in new orleans by pure chance for your best friends wedding. klaus is shocked, elijah attempts to protect you and your curios nature really is getting the better of you. panic is setting in to keep your past with klaus under wraps to you and to a certain old vampire who would have you facing a fate worse than death for it.

“Okay, Okay, Okay. Yes I have the dress and yes everyone got here okay. Everything is going to be fine.” You assured your best friend, pushing into the lovely hotel room that she had booked for you. You had you phone tucked between your ear and your shoulder due to the fact you were carrying a dress bag with the brides wedding dress as well as a bag with your own while tugging a suitcase along behind you.
“God I’m nervous.” She said, her voice portraying her very clear nerves with the slight shakiness it held. “But I am also so thankful for you, I know how you have that weird gut feeling about trauma in New Orleans and I couldn’t have done any of this without you.” You smile despite the fact she can’t see you, offering a soft chuckle through the phone. “It’s no problem. What else are best friends for?” You grinned, actually very excited to be in New Orleans for your best friend in the whole worlds wedding day despite the gut feeling of overwhelming doom you typically felt in terms of the French Quarter.
