Hellooo!! I’m still working on it but the concept is for the kids to have superpowers in a world pretty much used to it so no persecution (like in the X-MEN, but not really super loved like in BNHA) and for them to go all in one school to learn basic and super stuff plus going on some missions~
Afuro: word of god (on living thing)
In his case the power is limited to only living things. So he can, with his voice, make every living thing do what he says but be can only create inanimate things. So he can’t give life to smth or create a new dimension (these are things one could do with this power but I felt that was a bit overkilling it here)
Kidou: clear mind (mushin)
Their mind is unrestricted and uninfluenced by any internal or external factors. It is a state of total awareness and reaction not impeded by higher mental function or emotion, a mind more open and reactive to subtle sensory input, intuition, and spontaneous action. It is not a state of relaxed, near sleepiness, instead, the mind could be said to be working at a very high speed, but with no intention, plan or direction. This grants the user an unbelievable mental ability; the complete clearing of knowledge acquisition mediums, causing no limitations. However, this does not mean that the subject lives in the complete absence of emotion. If the drive or emotion does not hinder their goal, they may still peruse it. It also means that the person may still be haunted by past horrors.
Tobitaka: negation (close range)
The user can negate the effects and existence of something, whether it be power, a being, energy, element, etc., on at least a local/temporary scale.

Tatsuya: astronomical physiology
The user, in this case, can transform (while keeping his human shape) into a Proxima Centauri aka a red dwarf star and can manipulate heat to use as a weapon.

Nae: speed strike
User can acquire the relativistic mass by traveling at great speeds, and hit blows of tremendous force.
Norika: water manipulation
The user can create, shape and manipulate water and inorganic compound with liquid and use it to fight.
Aki: fatigue manipulation
User can increase, decrease/remove, cause or prevent fatigue, or even make it chronic.
Fuyuka: mediumship
User can view ghosts/spirits of deceased and communicate and/or interact with them, even if they have possessed inanimate objects/subjects/people. AHAH I LOVE HOW MY UNPOPULAR OPINION IS GOING TO BE POSITIVE! Since, you know, the general opinion of him is negative…
He was a good parenting figure for Kidou.
There, said it.
Was he stern? Yes of course, but seeing the kind of enviroment Kidou had to adapt to, a stern upbringing was what he needed. Yes, of course it was a lot to put on a child’s back, but in the end it was all just to make him a good heir to the Kidou family. And guess what, he did become the Perfect Boss thanks to him. Not mentioning that he wouldn’t have been the Absolute Leader of the Pitch if it wasn’t for Kageyama. So, if you scratch the “throwing shits at children” thing and only consider the rest, he was kind of a positive figure in Kidou’s life? Or at least he resulted in good things, eventually-
