neutral because it's cool and unique BUT in the US it gets misspelled like 90% of the time it is also long it's also a double last name with no hyphen people think the first part is a middle name IT IS NOT (i don't have a middle name) so in summary it's a cool and not common last name BUT hell when dealing with doctor's offices/schools/banks/etc.
