I think they mean that unless the baby fits some old white mans standards of “normal” it is very likely they will be a victim of violence and hate and often people are killed because of this. But they don’t care about human lives all that much when a black, gay, queer, trans, or disabled person is killed (I could go on unfortunately). If you’re pro life you have to be pro all lives, if not you’re just pro fetus and pro controlling women.
