as someone who lives in NY state can we maybe NOT make basic clothing illegal please?? thanks. Like i get it, if they try and mug you, you cant ID them. ive been stopped from getting on buses and stuff for trying to wear a scarf in winter out here. But come on people, even then it wasn't full on illegal.

NoNYMaskBan I have no clue if they mean the city or if they mean the actual NY state. I'm guessing it covers both. either way this shouldn't even be a concept in any location what will they ban next. headphones?? that's kind of a silly comparison but this feels like it could open up to very well putting people into a uniform if they wanted to.
