So i thought id start posting some of my music here, this a short song i made in garageband that i think is cool. im just starting out so its like the first good thing i’ve made i think. Cover art is also by me :) anyways might delete this later lol

scrolling while on this blog is funny bc tumblr will show me something like "based on your likes!" and it's a picture of like, an empty room, and i will be like fuck yeah

thanks !! bc i don't have paint.net i recreated this in gimp, i just had to mess around with a few settings but it turned out good, ty :)

yo how do you do that vhs effect type thing you have on some of ur edits?

First: go into Paint.NET, select a image (CTRL + A) and then add noise and make sure it's not too grainy or less grainy, make said noise saturated then make the image blurry (2,0 recommended) then add motion blur (at a 180 angle) and then add sharpness and set it to the highest. Then create a second layer with the same image, then add a emboss effect on it (set it to a 180 angle as well), and then go to the blending options and select "Overlay" then flatten the layer on the first, and you'll get something that looks like the VHS effect i use sometimes on my images.

it's my 1 year weirdcore anniversary tomorrow !! i joined weirdcord the 19th of june 2023 and made my first edit the 20th :) the blog was made probably a few weeks or months after that (i dont remember exactly when) but i'm counting it as when i actually started making edits rather than when i started posting them. happy 1 year of weirdcobycore!!!! i might make a post or something for it maybe with my favorite/important edits from each month, idk lol
