I love and hate how Heartstopper became so popular.

It’s wonderful to have more queer people feel welcomed and safe because of the show.

But at the same time there are so many annoying middle age queers (highlighting the age because they aren’t the target audience) who act like one wholesome show is the end of all queer media.

Also hate when they ignore the dark moments and create this narrative that everything in the Heartstopper world is perfect.
