me when i want to install blender but my computer refuses to accept that it no longer has parental controls on it and won't let me without my parent's pin to tell it that it's ok

it pulled this same shit with my wacom about a year ago
we literally wiped it of parental controls and the microsoft family thing and it still thinks it's on there
not that parental controls were really used it was just because the services were a benefit of my dad's job so we got them free
now i can't use the microsoft suite or install big stuff :D
i hope i can figure out how to fix it tho
i'd rather not need to get a new computer for college
sure it's fairly old now but it still works and has all my stuff on it
