When I found Oingo Boingo and fell in love with their music, I just kept diving deeper and deeper and digging up all the details and facts I could... The day I realized that they broke up and played their farewell concert almost exactly one year to the day before I was born, it shattered my heart. I literally cried, feeling so robbed by time.

It's amazing thinking about how when they first started as a bunch of silly young talented musicians, they never could have known the extent of how much they would mean to so many people.

I find it so crazy that there are fans of Oingo Boingo who only listen to the songs and nothing else. Won't you take the time to learn about the members and what they do? The changes the band has gone through over the years? You won't see the concert videos? The demos? The unreleased songs? You won't regret being born after the band broke up and now be depressed in your room in the dark with an emptiness in your chest? I know there are casual fans but my autistic brain just can't believe it.
