1. She is a little older, but still pretty young.

2. Probably, since No Mixed Roads is just a retelling of the original game.

Yinu and West(No Mixed Roads)

Just some random facts about Yinu and West in my NSR au

Yinu's keyboard has the function to levitate. She is able to sit on it and even use it as a hover board.

West's mike has an antenna that can extend. He is able to use this as a whip and cane.

The reason why West beatboxes in this au is because it is a form of verbal percussion.

West was the one who got Yinu the keyboard, though she is the one who painted the rose onto it.

If it wasn't obvious already, West has been teaching Yinu Malaysian!

Yinu and West live in a mobile home in Vinyl City, with West being the one carrying it around to different locations.

Yinu and West has a dog!(it's the same dog that chases DJSS in the end credits doodle.)

After the battle (part 1/2)

(This is a Heartmonitor(Yinu's mom x Neon J.) Mini story that happens after the Yinu and 1010 battles. Hope you all enjoy!)

"I have to hurry!" Neon said as he ran into the Natura concert hall,

When he got in he saw red branches all over the concert walls, a giant hole in the ceiling, and Yinu's now broken piano in the middle of the stage.

Neon then dropped down in defeat, "I was too late... I was supposed to protect them... but I failed..."

Neon was on his knees, about to cry, until two figures popped up on his radar.

"Please don't cry Mr. J! We're okay, see?"

Sure enough, Yinu was there on Neon's side, hugging him.

"Yinu!" Neon picked her up for a hug, "Are you okay? Are you hurt?!"

"Not really, but I think mama is." Yinu then pointed at her mother, who was a little more roughed up.

"Natura, are you injured?!" Neon said,

"Only some damage to the back and arm." Yinu's mother answered,

She then turned around to show a large bruise on on her back, along with left arm that was wrapped up with bandages.

"They did THIS to you!" Neon said in anger, "I will NOT let this slide! I shall bring these rockers to justice!"

"No Mr. J!" Yinu said hugging Neon's leg, "Don't go!"

"Listen to Yinu, if you go up against them you might get hurt, or killed!" Natura said,

"I am sorry Natura, but this my final decision!" Neon said, "I am a soldier, and I must do this for you and NSR!"

Without hesitation, Neon ran out the concert hall, leaving Yinu's mom speechless.

"NO! Mr. J don't do it! I don't want to lose you!" Yinu yelled,

But it was too late, he was long gone.

Mayday(No Mixed Roads)

Just some random facts about mayday in my NSR au

She actually isn't a fan of classical, she just worked for Natura for a long while until she got fired.

She is a little older then her canon counterpart, but if you were to see them side to side you would barely see a difference.

Mayday's tablet is hot pink with a small green alligator keychain on the corner.

She actually likes most of the NSR artist's music, her main focus for revenge is Natura.

Yinu would see Mayday as an aunt, While West would see her as a close friend(at least until the end of the story).

Yinu and West's dog immediately didn't like Mayday when she started living with them.

Mayday doesn't know that Yinu is Natura's daughter.

West has at least once tried to flirt with Mayday, only for it to fail terribly.

Even for someone as vain and self-centered as DJ Subatomic Supernova, he still had great respect for his boss, Tatiana. After her passing, DJ would get on top of the NSR tower after meetings and watch the stars, contemplating his many achievements.

He would think about how he became an artist for NSR, and how he contributed his genius to Vinyl City. He would think about how Tatiana would thank him for his help, and would easily look over the many flaws in him and his district. He would also flashback to the time he was still working on the NSR satellite.

As boss of NSR, it would only make sense for Tatiana to check on the satellite. Coincidentally, it was at the time DJ was putting the drones to the satellite. Tatiana would smile and raise an eyebrow at Supernova's strange behavior, onto which DJ would make the excuse that he was just "adding his own personal touch". Tatiana would laugh at the DJ's excuse and tell him to proceed.

"You knew, didn't you? The pods I stuck onto the satellite?" The DJ said into the night sky as if Tatiana herself was listening,

A long silence as DJ Subatomic continued to watch the stars.

"Thank you, I would have traded the universe just to tell you those words."

"Thank you..."

Yinu(depression)

Yinu would remember all the times Tatiana had came to see her performance, and would always compliment her talents afterwards. On rare occasions she would even invite Tatiana to practice piano with her, just like her father.

Sure, it wasn't the same loving connection she felt with her mom or dad, but she would be lying if she said Tatiana wasn't seen as extended family towards her.

So when Yinu heard the news that Tatiana had fallen ill, her heart immediately sank. It was as if she was teleported back in time to when her father was in the hospital. The difference was that she was an artist now, she was just too busy to visit her. The few times she did visit Tatiana was cut short due to her contributions to NSR and Vinyl City as a whole.

After Tatiana had passed, she thought it would be easier to cope since there were more people to relate to on the subject. But everyone was still busy, even her mother too busy with work to comfort her. Because of this, Yinu became disgusted of business.

Whenever there was a meeting, she would wait outside the door until it was over. No matter if she was sick, cold, hot, or even in pain she would just sit on the floor and wait. When she sees her mother walk out, she would get up and hold her hand on her way to the elevator. It became routine at this point.

In reality Yinu just wanted to talk. Unless it was for something business related, none of the artists have ever talked to each other after Tatiana was gone. Yinu desperately wanted someone, ANYONE to talk to her about something other than work. But there was only silence.

NSR artist power levels

Through close studying I believe I have figured out who is the weakest to strongest in NSR. Just to note, this list was not made out of hate towards any of the characters.

(B2J is not included for obvious reasons.)

Neon J. - the reason why I see Neon being the weakest is because he doesn't really do anything in his boss battle. All of the attacks come from either his troops or the factory. Even with putting his navy experience in account, he still seems surprisingly average compared to everyone else.

Yinu - Yinu is the second weakest because of two reasons. Reason one is that she is a child and still doesn't have a full understanding of her powers. Reason two is that all of her attacks come from an outside source, as in her piano.

Sayu - just like Yinu, Sayu is considered weaker due to her powers coming from an outside source, that being the devs. She is put higher though because the Sayu team has a more general understanding of they're skills and abilities.

1010 - some of you may make the argument that 1010 has considerably less attacks then Yinu and Sayu, but the reason why they are put higher than them is because of one reason, they are robots. They're moves and abilities can be easily downloaded and upgraded into they're systems, therefore giving them full control and understanding of they're powers.

Tatiana - even though she is the boss of NSR, I see her being a little weaker due to the fact that some of her powers come from her guitar, which in this case is seen as an outside source. She is higher on this list due to her having at least a good handful of powers that she retains from herself.

Yinu's mother - this one is pretty obvious. Yinu's mother has the ability to turn giant and is hella strong. In the final cutscene after Yinu's battle, we see Yinu's mom surviving the large fall, getting back up moments later still wanting to fight, and even manipulate her size all whilst Yinu's piano was NOT being played, obviously implying that she has full control over her powers.

DJ Subatomic Supernova - after his first phase, DJ's turntable gets destroyed, implying that every attack afterwards is fully coming from him, and him alone. Seeing how he's able to manipulate the galaxy and even interact with it, like the earth, it makes him pretty powerful compared to others.

Eve - during her whole battle she is not seen playing music at all, meaning she has full control over her powers. Who needs to turn giant when you can just several giant arms from nowhere? Who needs to control the cosmos when you can bend reality itself? In my opinion, Eve is most powerful.

Yinu's mother Natura woke up in the dead of the night, hearing miscellaneous violent noises. She immediately got out of her bed knowing exactly what was happening.

When Natura got to the next room she saw Neon with a knife, violently mumbling to himself.

"Neon?" Natura said, onto which Neon immediately turned around. He looked at her as if he saw a ghost, creeping closer to him.

"N-n-no!" Neon said holding his knife up, "G-get away f-f-from me!"

"Neon, you are going through another episode." Natura said still walking up to Neon, "Please, calm down."

"I SAID GET AWAY!" Neon then swiped his blade across Natura's face, causing a large scar to appear over her eyelid.

Natura screamed in pain while putting her hand over her newly made scar, while Neon kept his guard still believing she was some sort of enemy. Natura's eyes then turned to a pale white as her hair had turned to many branches. She then punched Neon into the wall, breaking his screen.

"YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT!" Nature said now blinded with rage,

"BRING IT ON!" Neon said knife out ready to defend,

But before the two could do any more damage to each other, a set of voices started calling out for them.

"MAMA!"

"DAD!"

Before they knew it, Yinu was there hugging her mother's side and 1010 was there pinning they're father down.

Once both sides started to calm down, they both saw the damage one had done to the other. They were both filled with shock, worry, and sadness.

"I... I didn't mean to..." Natura said,

"Oh god, what have I done!" Neon said,

Before anything else can happen, they both dropped to the floor, crying.

Neon J.(acceptance)

If anybody knew how to take pain, physically AND emotionally, it was Neon.

When Neon heard the news about Tatiana, he had emotionally prepared himself for if the worst were to happen. Sure, Tatiana was strong, but if Neon knew anything from his war experience, its that it is better to expect the worst then to fill your self up with hope only for it to be knocked down again.

So after Tatiana had passed, Neon took the news better then others. To the eyes of many, it would look like he didn't even care that she was gone. This was false of course, he had shown nothing but respect towards Tatiana and for all she had done.

Neon had to take the role as leader due to Eve still emotionally recovering from Tatiana's loss. Neon didn't expect being boss for the time being was gonna be easy, but he would lying if he didn't see himself being the most capable out of all of the artists.

Many problems were rising after Tatiana was gone. Eve, Yinu, and DJ Subatomic Supernova were all not making music due to them still recovering from they're bosses loss. This of course caused more blackouts in Vinyl City, causing more people to start getting angry and even question if NSR has even changed.

Sayu was the only one out of all the artists to keep working. Neon knew what the devs were really going through, but due to the high demand for music and power, he sadly had to leave them alone for the time being.

Eve's situation was understandable, Tatiana was her mentor. Dealing with the death of someone close, along with being pressured into being the new boss of NSR, would be too much even for someone like her. Though Neon can't help but feel irritated sometimes when Eve would start blaming random people and even start to get a little moody at curtain times.

DJ Subatomic Supernova was practically Neon's best friend, but it still surprised the cyborg that DJ had some respect for Tatiana. Neon would notice after meetings that the DJ would make his way up the NSR tower, onto which he would just leave the DJ alone to his silence.

Yinu's case was also understandable, it was practically the second time she had dealt with someone close to her dying, and a child it was just too much. Neon had noticed Yinu had stopped going to meetings, so he simply assumed that she just needed some alone time. Though in the back of his mind he wanted to talk to Yinu, but he was always afraid to do so.

It was a little bit after the time when Eve made Yinu's mother cry, and after a couple of minutes when Nadia ran out, Yinu's mom proceeded to do the same, while still crying. DJ had already made his way to the elevator to once again go atop the tower. Sayu was just sitting down with a blank expression, implying the devs have left.

Neon was now alone.

"Ugh..." Neon said to himself looking at a bunch of paperwork, "How did Tatiana deal with all of this? Blackouts, angry civilians, protest! Like she even somewhat managed to keep her cool during that revolution!"

Those were the words that got him, The Revolution.

All this time he was trying to be like pre-revolution Tatiana, the one that was hated against for thinking that only one genre of music can power a whole city, and was seen as a somewhat dictator.

Post-revolution Tatiana was more nice and accepting of other genres, and even managed to make progress for Vinyl City.

Neon then thought to himself, "Tatiana didn't go all this way just for Vinyl City to go backwards, perhaps I should do a different approach to this..."

Neon then looked at the elevator the DJ had gone up in.

It was time to put this theory to the test.

(Idk if I sent the same thing once or twice cuz I thought it wasn't sent, so I'll ask a different one.) What vehicle will Yinu and West's dog gonna pilot instead of a helicopter

It's probably still gonna be a helicopter, because most of the other flying vehicles just don't seem to fit.

So after reading both chapters of Just a Glitch, I ended up thinking of a super dark possibility

What if Sayu ended up killing off Yinu next, though she killed her by accident, anger or fear?

Though that is a neat take, I can assure you that Yinu is the only truly safe one in this story.

NSR cooking au

(In the game there is a cutscene where Mayday says that the character Chef Sunshine looks kind of like Tatiana's sister. So in my mind I was like "what if she owned NSR?", and here we are with another au.)

Theme: Instead of music being the theme of the game, it's food and cooking.

Story: Mayday and Zuke own a food truck that goes by the name Big Bite Junction, and they get they're tools and ingredients from Auntie's place. They both hoped that if they joined NSR, it would help boost they're business. Sadly, they were denied along with the banning of people opening they're own businesses. Mayday, filled with determination, starts a revolution for all the people that were affected by this ban.

Position: He owns many icy treat based restaurants in his district. He serves popsicles, ice cream, slushies, milkshakes, snow cones, and basically anything else that goes along the lines of cold and sweet!

District: His district is like a giant elaborate freezer, meaning it's almost always cold and frozen.

Food: fish, fried, and salt based

Position: Remi, Tila, and Dodo are all cooks, while Sofa is a fisherman. Sayu herself is just used for ad campaigns, but Sofa sometimes use her to attract more fish when fishing.

District: You know those fish/sushi restaurants that have those big aquarium fish tanks? That's the district's aesthetic.

Position: Yinu is a expert chef that got her cooking skills from her father, while her mother is a botanical expert that grows they're own ingredients.

District: It's kind of the same except it's like a giant farmers market.

Position: Neon cooks foods for more healthy living, while 1010 acts as instructors for dietary eating.

District: Unlike the other districts that focus on something food related, this district acts more as a gym that sells different dietary and health based items.

Position: She is a top grade A chef that has no boundaries onto what items to cook and treats her cooking as if it were art.

District: It's kind of like a cross from a fancy restaurant from Paris and a hibachi grill restaurant.

It's okay I understand! And also for the new chapter I gotta say HOLY SHIT THAT WAS METAL! I'm glad that Yinu's not gonna die in the story... ...right?

Well, all I can say is that Yinu won't be PHYSICALLY harmed.

"Green Growing Love" facts

Chapter 1

The other 1010 fan girls were originally going to have names, but it seemed unnecessary since they weren't that big to the story.

There was going to be this rival to Kayane, that would desperately try to take her place as club president. That idea was thrown out though because it seemed too forced.

Chapter 2

I didn't really care for the the 1010's names, it just seemed necessary for the story.

Chapter 3

The idea that Green(Eloni) likes to walk around Natura was inspired by the headcanon that he's a big plants guy.

Before the idea of Mak came along, Yinu and her mother were originally going to be one's questioning Eloni.

The idea that the 1010's see the they're older models as siblings was inspired by blackicek1lls

The leaf that Kayane observes is supposed to look like Eloni's hair, more specifically the giant ring on his head.

Chapter 4

Since Yinu's mother was originally going to take the role as Mak, Heartmonitor(Neon J. x Yinu's mom) was going to be hinted at through several chapters. Though that idea was scraped because I wanted the main relationship to be the key focus.

Chapter 5

Eve was going to make an appearance in this chapter, with her helping Red(Zimelu) on spying on Eloni. Though she was taken out since I didn't want to make her a "one hit wonder".

The part where Zimelu get chased by fans was going to go on for a bit longer. He would of gone up to his mansion and throw his head into one of the windows all comedic like.

Chapter 6

The line, "WELL MAYBE I DON'T WANNA BE A 1010 FAN ANYMORE!" was planned from the the start. I was just looking for the right moment to put it in the story.

Chapter 7

The drawing that Eloni made was there to show his childlike innocence.

Chapter 9,10,&11

Mayday and Zuke were added because they seemed like the most logical choice to help Kayane. With Zuke already knowing a thing or two about relationships, and Mayday giving Kayane the push she needs.

Chapter 12

Eloni was originally just going to be in his room, just as sad as Kayane earlier.

Zimelu was originally going to say a curse word in the chapter, but I was worried that younger people was reading my work as well.

Chapter 13&14

It was originally going to be one chapter but I decided to cut it in half to raise tension.

Yinu vs. Ms. Spice Intro

Yinu runs into the large concert, with Ms. Spice being too focused on her conducting to notice her.

Yinu: HEY!

Ms. Spice makes a face of annoyance and turns around, finally noticing Yinu.

Ms. Spice: Now what's a wee lass like you doin' here?

Yinu: I'm from NSR, and I'm here to here to defeat you!

Ms. Spice: Ah, your the one that the boss has warned me about. Though dressed for the occasion, I was still expectin' someone... older?

Yinu: Don't let my age fool you, for I'm the Golden Maestro of Vinyl City!

Ms. Spice puts her hands in defense.

Ms. Spice: I mean no disrespect! But in my eyes, your just one child...

Ms. Spice waves her baton, causing many orchestra based instruments to levitate in the air.

Ms. Spice: While I am a whole orchestra!

While mrs. Spice is a powerful being, she can only grow so far as a house. While Yinu's mom on the other hand can grow as tall as a skyscraper.
