Can anyone do a free vrchat avatar commission of this design of one from tpot?

I've tried commissioning modelers but they all only do p2u [btw im not mad, people need to care for their family financially] . I don't even have money as a minor under 16... Anyone who could do this commission in a similar style to this other OSC model? ↓

EDIT: I made a deal with the modeler "karryyiff"!! If I end up calling the deal off then I'll edit this.
