Imagine getting cosmetic surgery and Arturo is your surgeon
This presumably 15 year old (at the time) is going to give you your surgery and a bunch of adults surgeons in the room are just letting him.

reminds me of kaito and how he faked his age but when the higher ups found out
they let him stay because they began to like having him around.
they most likely let Arturo stay because hes probably better at it than most of them but I would not trust a 15 year old to preform surgery
on me no matter how good you say he is
like he's the youngest one there lol
how'd he get there who let him just start preforming surgeries on people
