As @astaldis pointed in her post that could be the chapter 2 scene from Baptism of Fire.

At this point Jaskier is wearing elven clothes and has shoulder length hair. He falls over Pegasus and a guy with his throat open falls over him.

So the guy with the massive handband could be Joey's double 😅

I am guessing a weird WTF is that, from the fandom, with the headband if that so. But this was something in the first Witcher Game 😁. Maybe this is a wink that would go as fast as the proverbial hat haha !

Anyway, I am putting my guess here, and let see what happens next hehe.
