Salmon Candy Recipe - How to Make Salmon Candy | Hank Shaw

A recipe for making smoked salmon candy, also called Indian candy - it's heavily smoked salmon cured in sugar and salt, then brushed with maple syrup.

I’ve never had something quite like this, but it does look tasty & well suited for tour hikes.

(This comic form is very good & useful.) At least the main guy (a Métis) put the narratives to good use and was efficient with the allotted spots in the form.
