Everyone in the pack knew you had amazing baking skills, so it was no surprise when they all turned up at your house to do Christmas baking with your help.

The first struggle was designating the roles to each person. There was a lot of arguing and “but I want to do the mixing!” “Well Y/N said you're doing the rolling so get over it”. Eventually you managed to get them sorted out with Scott and Lydia doing the weighing/measuring, Kira and Malia doing the mixing, Stiles doing the rolling and cutting, Liam on oven duty and you on supervision.

You found a Christmas cookie recipe in a cookbook on the shelf and everyone agreed to make them. Since there was seven of you, you had to change the amount of each ingredient you needed. Luckily, Lydia and Stiles figured it out in about a minute and Lydia and Scott started measuring out the ingredients, passing them to Kira and Malia. You quickly got Liam to preheat the oven before you started instructing Kira and Malia on which things to mix with which and how to mix them. You gave Stiles the cookie cutters and the rolling pin and a pot of flour to spread on the counter and the rolling pin. You found a baking tray and baking paper and lined the tray, ready for the cookies.

Ten stressful and messy minutes later, the cookies were ready to go in to the oven and the oven door closed with a slam. You glanced around the room and saw the mess that had been made.

You sighed, “This is going to be fun to clean up.” The rest of the pack looked around, only just noticing their surroundings.

“Ok, here's how we’re going to do it. Liam and Kira, you're on washing duty. Stiles and Malia, you're on drying and Scott, you're on putting away. Everyone got it?” There were nods and murmurs of agreement in response and everyone set to work. After a couple of minutes everyone found a good system that made the washing up go faster and it was finished within five minutes.

You glanced at the timer and saw that it still had a couple of minutes to go. An idea popped in to your head. “Who wants hot chocolate with marshmallows?” There was a chorus of “Me!” and excited teenagers. You told them all to go in to the lounge except for Liam who stayed and helped you with the hot chocolates. When they were ready the others came racing in, grabbing at the drinks. There was a happy sigh from everyone as the warm liquid touched their lips and there was a comfortable silence as everyone drank happily.

It was disturbed by a loud ringing sound from the timer signalling that the cookies were ready. You got your oven gloves and opened the over door, pulling out the tray and putting it on the counter. The smell of cinnamon and other spices wafted through the air as you transferred the cookies on to a cooling rack. Lydia picked up one of the cookies, blew on it gently to cool it down and took a bite out of it. Everyone watched in suspense as she chewed it before a grin spread across her face.

“They're really good!” She remarked, taking another bite. This made everyone grab a cookie and try one for themselves, noises of approval sounding from them all.

“Merry nearly Christmas guys.” You laughed and got happy grins in response as the pack munched on cookies and drank hot chocolate.
