He is a friendly partygoer, he doesn't understand how to infect, and he does it on accident to travelers, also the clothing is from travelers he saw as his friends and yes, he gets very sad when the travelers die, he doesn't have a name yet but he smol :D

Two partygoers named Confetti and Streamer!
Streamer is named streamer because his arms are streamers. Confetti is named confetti because he’s colorful. (I’m wonderful at naming I know)
Finally another small Allegro and Larghetto comic, yippie.
Also, in case you didn’t read the first comic I posted about it, Allegro has a fancy ability to sort of control Larghetto’s emotions through the glowy eye thing, though sometimes he just uses it for silly stuff like this.
