In an alternate scenario:

He was taken aback by the growth unexpectedly starting the second the handful of pills hit his tongue, even before he was able to take a swig to wash them down. His muscles explode out of him in a matter of seconds, his burgeoning pecs stretching his tank straps to shreds having had no time to move around the sagging masses. He drops the bottle to the floor as wave after wave of growth washes over him, it lands showing the simple instructions on the side “Activation length: 60 mins. Happy growing.”
