Champorado: A bowl of happiness. I excited wake up in the morning when I smell the sweet dark chocolate in the kitchen when I was a little. My mom used to prepare this chocolate porridge using "tablea" (pure unsweetened coco beans tablets) we have a lot of this in the Philippines. Then I splash it with evaporated milk and match it dried fish from the local market.
