When Someone brings up the ghouls and copia’s relationship, i think of three things.

1. He’s like a dad to them.

Imagine a freshly summoned tiny ghoul, attempting their first steps and Copia is sobbing on the floor about how cute his little ghoulies are.

And then they continue to treat him like a dad or friend on stage. Besides Sodo, Sodo will always be called “daddy’s favorite” by Swiss.

2. Polyghouls + Copia (my favorite.)

It all started with Copia venting to Mountain about how lonely he was, and not five minutes later he was in a huge pile of ghouls that were purring and chittering. Their ghouls also don’t tolerate dysphoria..

3. He’s terrified of them.

After seeing what happened to Terzo and the others, he has no trust in anyone anymore.
