“The inspiration of POP Mag shoot has been linked, visually, to punk actor Adam Ant and gay activist Derek Jarman. Jarman, a vocal supporter of gay rights, produced JUBILEE, a cult movie with Adam Ant. Kim Taehyung / BTS V wore the Jubilee poster tshirt.

The Music Video in the other hand is being linked to the movie Velvet Goldmine, with Jonathan Rhys Mayers and Ewen McGregor . This cult movie was inspired by David Bowie, the pioneer artist of gender fluidity, but Bowie refused to star in it.
