A small smile was on her face as she added the finishing touches on her strawberry shortcake. Today was a very special day, especially for her. Not only was today Father’s Day, but Kiritsugu and Irisviel had decided to once again surprise her with their arrival from overseas work. Though, Illya had gotten used to these surprise visits of theirs; no way would they let their work outweigh the simple joys of being a family.

“Papaaaa!!!” she exclaimed as she carried the cake to the table and presented it in front of Kiritsugu. Shirou, Chloe, and Iri stood beside him, happy smiles on their faces, while Sella and Leysritt helped set the rest of the table for this special occasion. Shirou had a video recorder in his right hand, managing to catch his father’s genuine smiles.

“I made this juuust for you, Papa~! Happy Father’s Day~!!!” the little girl said happily, simply grateful for this special moment they can all share as a family.
