the lightning thief musical: *is fun and goofy yet full of heart, catchy soundtrack, not trying to be anything it’s not, got a lot of kids into musicals, makes fans of the og book series happy, makes adhd and dyslexic kids feel seen, just in general a good wholesome time because we should be able to enjoy things even if they’re a little rough around the edges because there’s nothing wrong with that*
