Purple
As Darkness engulfs me;
And The last of my breaths feels like it has left,
And when the days are hard and mostly black.
Your purple light saves me.
When Your eyes are nowhere,
your absence feeds my fears.
Your light is my air, so let it in.
Begging, hoping, wishing to live again.
In your purple light, i find life.
Like the air my lungs crave.
Your light is my light.
Wake me up in your sunshine and give me
breath. Give me light. Give me life.
In the stillness of the moon,
the only warmth is your presence.
The only hope is your radiance.
Don’t leave. Stay still.
Your purple light is where my heart is.
