Welcome 춘식 (CHUNSIK) to the QSMP!
On February 11th, we were introduced to the new Korean egg.

The name 춘식 (CHUNSIK) was chosen after 악어 (ACAU)’s kitten and, as a fun fact, a popular Korean character from KakaoTalk shares name with him. It is also related to a funny meme, which is why the content creator and his chat were laughing.

His first appearance happened in a 한옥 (HANOK), a traditional Korean house that were commonly built in the 14th century. Here, we saw our first glance at his apparel, and many may be wondering what he is wearing!
![An image of a traditional Korean clothing. It includes a gat which is a Korean traditional black hat worn by men along with a white hanbok.](https://64.media.tumblr.com/123e72258ecb736c8a639e2392cd356b/052894892f3e476e-1a/s500x750/dde9eea23c267a31b76f65335284890b38d7fa75.jpg)
Chunsik is wearing a 갓 (GAT), which is a traditional Korean hat worn by men, including a string of beads named 갓끈 (GATKKEUN) which helps weight the hat down, as can be seen in the photo. It is rare to see a gat worn by itself, as it is usually always accompanied by a 한복 (HANBOK). The garments are a traditional formal clothing, though it is also important to mention that the clothing is—in modern days—worn for formal and semi-formal occasions (weddings, celebrations, etc).
Another fact is that Korean dragons do NOT have wings but they can still fly so have this in mind when designing Chunsik! :D
We hope to be respectful of his culture and etiquette. If there is anything wrong about this information, please feel free to correct or add more about it!
